“Within the safe space of the therapeutic hour, I offer my clients a warm and welcoming environment for their journey toward better mental health. I help them focus on understanding themselves better, working through long standing issues, and finding solutions to any challenges they may be encountering in their daily lives. Ultimately, we work on self-acceptance and setting a course toward a healthier, happier future.”
