Our Administrative Staff
The administrative staff at Renascence Center is the backbone of our team. Led by Nancy Gray, our office manager, Monica Lucas and Maryory Bustamante will help you from your first phone call. Professional and friendly, they will take your information and help you connect with a therapist or doctor. They will also check your insurance benefits and give you an estimate of how much, if anything, your appointments will cost. Our office will usually file your insurance claims so you do not have to pay out of pocket and then file yourself, like most therapy practices. Nancy, Monica and Maryory are committed to helping our clients have the best experience we can provide.

We participate with several insurance plans. Our intake staff are happy to assist you in clarifying your insurance benefits and needs.
Payments
Payments for services rendered at The Renascence Center, LLC is due at the time of service. We accept cash, check, Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

Appointments
All clients are seen on an appointment basis. Appointments can be made by phone by calling 703-521-6004 or in person.
Cancellations
If an appointment cannot be kept, a 24-hour cancellation notice must be given, otherwise a charge will be incurred for the missed appointment time.

We are approximately one mile from the Ballston Metro Station and we are also accessible by bus.
